Are Black Moon Cosmetics products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
